I hereby confirm that in the consideration of the general acceptance of my participation in the Festival of Friendship 2021 (the “Event”), I understand, for myself, my dependants, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, herby release, discharge, and hold completely harmless: Festival of Friendship 2021 committee and participating communities and its respective management committee members and volunteers (collectively called the “Organizers”), from any and all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages or causes of action arising out of, or in consequence of, any loss, injury, damage to my person or property, or any other misadventure, including any / all actions, proceedings, claims, demands and liabilities, acts, fines, penalties, damages, costs and expenses of any kind, resulting from my participation in, or attendance of the Event, whether it arising by reason of the negligence of the Organizers or otherwise. I take full responsibility for obtaining the appropriate insurance cover in respect of the mentioned activity. I further understand that as a pre-requisite condition of participating in the above-mentioned activity, I am required to sign this indemnity to the intent that I shall indemnify the Organizers.
